Protect3™ Safety Glass
UL Approved Fire-Rated and Safety-Rated Wire Glass
For years, wire glass was used as an inexpensive fire-resistant glazing. But it was not safe against impact and in the last few years was eliminated as a fire-rated option in the US building codes. Now, Glassopolis offers UL approved fire-rated wire glass that has been upgraded with a blast resistant surface applied UL approved fire-rated film making it fully compliant with the new US building codes. It's an attractive, affordable way to obtain Fire, Safety and Security protection in a UL approved product.
